Okay, so I've been using
Moodstruck 3D Fiber Mascara for about 6 months now, and I'm hooked. Seriously, you would have to see the difference to believe it. I wish I could... Oh wait, here are some selfies!
In that first photo, you can see how whispy and puny my natural lashes are, and just one quick coat of Moodstruck Fiber Mascara made them triple in length and weight! (I know a few guys who would love to know that secret).
In the second you can see that the mascara is still strong after a full day of working and taking care of babies. This stuff is the real deal, apparently.
And I'm not the only one getting dramatic results...
Younique products are hypo-allergenic and safe, and that includes the mascara. So, for the 4 year old's dance recital, I wouldn't use just anything to doll her up, especially around her eyes. But after
reading the ingredients and seeing for myself how my own sensitive skin reacted, I had every bit of confidence to let the youngest person I know use it (obviously only for a couple hours, she's way prettier without the makeup! But it was necessary for her recital!) Even though all that girl's hair is light and fine, her lashes looked movie-star ready! 3d Mascara has actually become part of our "Elsa Makeup" Saturday morning routine.
So, some details about the mascara itself.
1. There are three steps to application, which I'll go over in more detail later on in the party. First, you use the gel, then brush on the fibers, then seal again with gel. After just one application, your lashes will be up to 4x more amazing, but you can add as many layers as you want. (I've gotten them so long before that they brushed against my glasses. That's not recommended, but it only took 3 layers!)
2. There are several different ways you can buy this. First, you can
buy by itself, which is what I did the first time, second, you could buy it
in one of several "kits" available on the website, or, finally, you could
get it in your presenter's kit, which is how I bought it the second time (and was probably one of the best financial decisions I've ever made. More on that in later posts, too.)
3. If this is the first time you've ever used fiber mascara, don't be upset if it's a little clumpy the first time you put it on. Trust me, this takes practice, but the end results are so worth it! And don't worry, as we go I'll show you how to avoid the clumpies and have a flawless, dramatic look every time.
This mascara might not change your life, but it very well might change how you feel about yourself. It definitely does for me. And there are plenty of different reasons to change how you feel about yourself. You are reason number one. The people who love you are reason number two (seeing you happier will make them happier). The world is reason number three (the world needs more women like you realizing how beautiful you are. Women are powerful, and self-confidence is the one thing that holds most of us back.)
